continuing education credits each year in order to stay on top of

am a Certified Foreclosure Prevention Specialist, one of only a very
few in this area. For 27 years, I was honored to be recommended to
serve on the Minnesota State Arbitration, Ethics and Professional
Standards Board. As a past St Cloud Association of Realtors Board
Member, I was in constant contact with my peers, thus creating a great
working relationship where information is shared. Later, I sat on the
Multiple Listing Committee where I was in-part responsible for the
rules and regulations required to create a more professional "look",
that are sellers deserve. In 2001, I was honored to receive the
Humanitarian Award.
It
truly is my pleasure to make sure things go smooth on your move. It
still brings great thrills to me when buyers meet on closing day. It
